➤ the zerg are an ancient, terrifying and ruthless amalgamation of biologically advanced, arthropodal aliens. dedicated to the pursuit of genetic perfection. the zerg relentlessly hunt down and assimilate advanced species across the galaxy, incorporating useful genetic code into their own. they’re infamous for overwhelming planets within hours and draining it dry of resources and minerals.

➤ these creatures are rapidly and selectively evolved into deadly and efficient killers to further the driving zerg imperative of achieving absolute domination. as ancient [ORGANIC] organisms, they have evolved to even survive on surfaces that wouldn’t normally support life: METALLIC, VOLCANIC, ICY WASTELANDS. they’re rapid in reproducing, making it very difficult to successfully lower their numbers.

➤ the zerg, ESPECIALLY THE PRIMALS, have a very aggressive culture and partake in cannibalism. the primal zergs thrive off of evolving, and devour one of their own kind to gain their power. this a common practice that's often done in battle, the winner devours the loser and evolves into something stronger. to battle the queen, kerrigan, would be an honour but all have failed.

➤ My portrayal of Kerrigan is definitely going to be canon divergent, but also solely focusing on her as the Queen of Blades. In my portrayal she'll be set more in the Heart of the Swarm storyline, highlighting her role as a villain in the universe. Please be advised that Kerrigan IS ON god-like level in her powers & abilites.

➤ The zerg very much resemble that of large insectoids, please don't follow if you're sensitive anything of the sort! I'll try to tag everything accordingly, but just caution.
